Yu Choy Sum

Yu choy sum is a relative of bok choy. It has yellowish-green stems and bright green leaves that sometimes have tiny edible yellow flowers. Yu choy sum has a similar flavour to spinach and broccoli and can be added to soups and stir-fries.

85g has 20 calories only, 2g of protein, 45% Vitamin A, 120% Vitamin C,  15% calcium. 

You can eat it like broccoli or made oyster garlic stir fried.

Wash and dry with towel, will last much longer in the fridge. 7-10 days in the fridge
