What we are doing differently to protect our loved ones.
During Covid-19 Our Primary Emphasis is Minimum Physical Contact with our products.
1. All our staff are required to wear face masks and gloves.
2. Our produce arrives from suppliers and is immediately stored into our chilled warehouse. Our safety conscious trained staff handles all offloading and handling so that we can ensure minimal direct contact with all products. Most of our products are destined for restaurants still in operation.
3. We purchase in bulk and freshness is inspected before all deliveries are made.
4. Orders are provided to individual staff members who are in charge of picking, inspecting, packing and delivering to customer's front door, contact free. With fewer people in the process, we ensure minimal human direct contact with the food you will eat.
5. We also highly encourage a final and thorough cleaning before food preparation for consumption. Be safe.
