This delicious olive oil combine two type of olive varieties: The Gentile di chieti and Intosso.
The aroma has green hints with almond. On the palate, the Gentile di Chieti olive oil is medium fruity and herbaceous with slight scent of walnuts. The bitterness and pungency are medium and well-balanced. The acidity of this extra virgin olive oil is very low, between 0.20%- 0.25%.
Intosso olive varietal prized for its large fruit and small pit—is bold and fruity with notes of raw artichoke and bitter greens, and a lively peppery finish.
